Thirty-two & rising

Today is my husband’s birthday, so a cake & a nice dinner have been prepared. It’s a weird day though, because we’ve been seeing a Bell blimp over the city & the weather has become unruly. My husband took this week off work with the intention of completing a number of yard & house projects, only to have it rain for almost the entire time. However, that is the least of anyone’s concerns given the situation with the river. It appears that we are headed for a flood, again. At least this time we won’t have to evacuate, since we live on a hill!
